Here I will guide you all on how to change other administrator password and get the admin right of it.
To change a password on other people PC you will have to
Got yourself logged in as any user on that particulr computer.
Next go to Run or hold Window button and R button simultaneously and key in cmd (If you facing a problem unable to use Run then simply open the notepad and type "start" (without quote) and save it in .bat file format then run it.)
Then type in Available for users only at the cmd (without quote)
Check the usernames and choose one (Its recommended to choose administrator)
Next, to change the password just type in Available for users only
