How?

First get an megaupload download link.
Attach the link to Firefox browser and hit enter to load the page.
Now right click on the page and selectAvailable for users only
Scroll down and try find the premium URL
For example "http://www422.megaupload.com/files/a05de872dc6282b97fa6f2bc0b958d5b/Ne_9_Port.exe"
( Note that usually there is 3 digit number after the "www" )
Now attach the link/URL to the browseror IDM and you can start download instantly with no wait time.
