Problem

It used to work, but stopped, and now I can't get it to work.
When you search for notepad for instance, it returns a list of
Programs
Control Panel
When I click on Programs
it leave an error message says
"These files can't be opened"
Help!!
Solution
======
Run the RegEdit ( Hold Window + R and type regedit )
Search for this regisrty if there are any which located at
Available for users only
If there are, try deleting them ( remember to back the registry before by right click on the registry folder on the left side and import them)
Restart your PC now.
