You all wonder how does "elvy666" ddosed so many people? Here I will explain how he do it and he doesn't use a fake program where you put username and get IP he just send them to his website or on his teamspeak/ventrilo/irc
Requirments
A Shell booter which can boot or Host booter with 40 bots or botnet with around 40 bots
A website any free website is good
Now take this script and save it as index.php so it grabs IP when some 1 visit the web

Now here how you do it
Take your main find people with good risks and make a new account lvl 3 tell the guy if he wants like 50k coins to join your clan chat then talk using your lvl 3 account and say if he goes on your site and vote 5 stars you will give him 50 k coins. he will prob say ok then give him the site he enters check your website files open that .txt you get take his IP give him 50 k coins and ask for a fight. He will probably say yes "Dress Yourself As a Noob But Have a Backup To Kill" go abit deep and just attack his IP and kill!
